Thanksgiving and the "Gray Goose"

Yes, oh Yes! It's another crazy Miller Family road trip! And yes we have another funny "ride" that we nicknamed... the Gray Goose! She is a "beauty! We wanted to take the "Duce" (a motor home we borrowed for our last road trip), but it was taken and we couldn't rent anything as sweet as the old "Duce!" jk. We had such a great time! Brady and Jake were able to beat each other up over all the rows of seats, while Jacee of course slept the whole drive!

We were able to stay in Glenwood Springs, "the place of Dad's birth!" Lol. It was great, he got to go "back to his roots and back to his people!" (Hilarious! But a long story!) And of course to get some education in we stopped by to pay our respects to good old "Doc" Holliday! (Some may know his name from the movie Tombstone.) Awesome! We hiked a 1/2 mile up a ice trail to see him! I was smart enough to travel in cowgirl boots and fell a million times on the way up and down! It was worth it! We even stayed in the hotel where he died, creepy but cool!

One Thanksgiving we went out to eat at this cool place that used to be a safe for a bank! Really, we went through the big round metal door to our table! It was funny because none of us ate the Thanksgiving Dinner they had, instead we ordered steak or fish. Go figure. Brady loved it because they brought out all you can eat shrimp before dinner! He ate at least 35 big shrimp!!!

The whole purpose of going to Denver was for the Broncos Game! Us Miller's love football! It was a blast! It was a great game and an incredible experience! It's a good thing we don't have a pro team in Utah right now or I would be spending our money on season tickets, the crazy hats, coats, and sprite!!! Go Broncos! They won!

The game started out with some guy stumbling and spilling beer all over Jake and his coat!!! Extremely funny! Jacee was nuts, screaming and trying to embarrass me! When leaving Brady was staring at some weird dude and ran into a pull!!! This happened 5 minutes after he made fun of someone else for doing the same thing! Really funny! And to top it all Jacee would go up right behind some random person and "Ghost Walk" them. ( this is where you walk really close to someone with out them knowing you are there, and copy their walk.) She has got guts! I had to stop at one point, because I was laughing to hard, and wishing I didn't drink so much water!

It was the best when Mom did this to Dad! She copied him so well! Mom you are a riot!!

Yes we are a crazy family! But that is what I am Thankful for! We have fun together and love each other! We did miss the Durrant's and we love them a bunch too! I am so Thankful for our two amazing families, the most incredible husband, and all of our many blessings! I really could go on forever naming all the things we are Thankful for! Traditional Thanksgiving or Not, it's a great time to remember what we are thankful for and try to remember those people/things and show gratitude everyday!

Thanks Mom & Dad for another fun trip! Thanks to the whole fam! It was a blast!
